Is there a chance for any Jinx changes in the future?

I have noticed that for some time now, Jinx has been gradually becoming more and more overpowered by the other ADCs. She is suppose to hyper-scale into late game becomming stronger the longer the game goes on for, however she actually is getting lower win rates in those longer games (ranked 15 of 17 ADCs in 40+ minute games). For the sacrifice of a weak early game, she is not really seeing an appropriate return in the mid to late game.

The main issue is that a lot of the other ADCs just deal so much damage in 1 or 2 autos, or have super easy to land hard CC, to allow Jinx a chance to get her damage off. With 0 self peel, she needs another champion's help in protecting her in fights if she is focused. Also, being a primarily AA based champion, she needs to get many autos off for her to have a decent impact in fights. So when 2 or 3 enemy champions build item 3143 , her DPS gets cut significantly. Normally this is ok for most ADCs to have to deal with, but Jinx, having already a decent attack speed reduction on her Q (rockets), and primarily gets her damage from crits rather than raw AD, gets countered by this pretty hard.

Jinx is primarily based around high speed objective taking. But honestly, with the current state of the game, every one takes objectives quickly, especially with the mountain drake. In addition, she is one of those ADC champions who do not benefit as much from Lethality. I'm not saying she can't be successful going a lethality based build, but going a more crit based is almost always better for her due to her attack speed based play style. She does not have hard hitting auto crits like Jhin and Cait do. She does not have the consistent long range poke damage like Varus and Ezreal do. And she only has the 1 time slow with her W, so Ashe who has a slow in every auto after the first and a hard CC ult, out preform her. Her E is a one off too. Unlike Cait and Jhin, she cant lock down a lane while always keeping one in reserve just in case she needs it. She has to always use it in the moment.

But likely the bigger issue is that she has to always start fights with only 4 abilities at her disposal. Not having a passive until she gets a Kill/Assist/Objective is a pretty big difference in power when compared to all the other ADCs.

So I ask, is there a chance for any Jinx changes in the future?

Jinx doesn't need changes really. There are just always going to be times when some champions shine more than others in each role when different builds go in and out of the meta. They can't all always be top tier. She still does her job well, others are just doing better after the lethality changes. Her build is and pretty much always has been the same, so when items not in her build are stronger, she'll naturally be weaker.

True, but she steadily has been getting lower and lower on the power scale for some time now.

Thats correct and with more and more of a champion pool increase its hard to focus on off pick champs than focusing on meta picks and buffs.

I mean im not one to put my input in something i have only played ever weekly free to play when it comes to jinx, but in general adc's are just getting abused since games are decided in 15 minutes now and in which case the late game champs arent getting the chance to get to late game is because either you lost your lane, tower is gone or the enemy team is grouping and you are trying to farm to get items to benefit the team but you cant farm and come back when far behind. The only way adc's are good is when they win lane themselves and can farm freely TO get to late game then they SCALE better for the team further on. You cant scale on an adc when you are behind in 2 items you just down right lose and possibly that one lucky team fight that you are now heavenly invested in to actually impact your role, but besides that adc are not reliable in a losing situation that requires expensive items to even make an influence in every game.
