I have no idea if its a visual bug,actual bug or unintended mechanic but...

Recently i have noticed that when ever Garen (i have no idea if this happens with other champs to)

uses his Q item 3748 looks like it procs twice,i have no idea if its just visually or if it actually hurt me

anybody else experiencing this?

most likely a visual bug, titanic hydra resets your auto attack timer if used but without sated it wont proc twice
