Does Nashors tooth still need a buff?

Hi Guys,

I love nashors tooth and would love to see it on more champs besides Kayle, Diana, and Teemo. So does riot, thats their reason to buff it as champs simple built straight ap such as luden's ekko before even bothering with this item.

So.. does any one think it's still rather weak as a first items and still needs another buff?

There are very few AP Mage/Assassins who rely on auto attacks.

It's a niche item which is only truly useful on Kayle.

Well yea... that my point. It's a legendary item that is rarely used. Might as well remove it and simply buff kayle, or make it more appealing

There are few who rely on AA, but Nashor's should be usefull on anyone who can do a significant amount of AA between spells.

It's difficult to buff though for others without buffing it's main users.

I see many Azirs with it now after the passive change.

Yes, i was also considering it on Azir when they changes the passive. It looks like Duke Anax said.... it's a matter of the champs themselves. I just wish I'd see it on more champs though... seems like a really good item

It's recipe is sucks and the item itself is expensive for a starter item. They rly need to replace stringer with a new item what adds as and ap if they want to see it on more champs. Also the lack of mana sustain is problematic on it.

Yes I agree with the build path sucks. One of the reasons I tend to go with lich bane over it is that for 1200 gold, I can get a sheen which adds a good power spike. Compared to nashors, the stringer seems like a waste of gold and you simply don't get enough ap while building it.
