My Three Item Build for Jhin (and the buff I would have liked to have seen for him)

I rush these three on jhin for the movespeed and burst. Its a ton of fun guys. The way he moves between crits is so good. Id just have to say the pacing is superb. Not rushed. Not sluggish. Good measured gameplay. Good follow up when behind. Worth waiting for.

BUT. I dont think he needed the buff he got. I think he needed a buff to RFC and SS that would have made it easy for him to get energized before his fourth auto. He needs the energized proc on his first and fourth auto then he is perfect. ONE two three FOUR!

I also rush fervor on him. Feels good. I think it outlasts the passive ms buff as well and thats really nice.

I sort of want to try phage on him as well, but its not going to be the greatest item, although trinity would maximixe the dmg on each auto. He would just be so fast. I kind of want to try it.

Theres also a chance that the current buff allows for the mechanic I mentioned above, since he will be covering more ground between crits. But im not sure since the ms on rfc was nerfed. It may be no change. Someone let me know if they can get the second proc.
