How to deal with bad teammates?

Lately ive been getting paired with appaling teammates, like i will tell them, dont try to fight the 3/0 draven, you will lose, and then the 0/2 lucian dashes into melee range expecting something to happen....or the 0/3 eve will try to outduel a 5/0 yi....like this level of bad....how can i stop this...because it gets to the point where i cant even carry with my advantages
