Anyone else miss CS that they clearly should of gotten?

What I mean is that the animation for your attack goes completely through, the minion you are attacking dies, but you don't get the gold.

This is the most noticeable on Tristana, since her Explosive Shot indicates a dead minion. However, whenever this apparent bug happens, her E does not go off.

I'm not sure if this is a bug, or an occurance of me playing on average a higher ping than most other players (my guess is its the latter, but, I wouldn't be surprised if its the former).

I just want to know if anyone else seems to have this problem, so, I know if it's just me or not.
