When will Riot admit that Conqueror is badly designed and too powerful?

True damage should be a rare occurance in the game, not given to every champion freely so they completely dominate their lane with no drawbacks at all. Why does this rune even need to exist, its another example of Riot not being intelligent to see how champions that don't need this rune, would abuse it completely while the champions that it was designed for cannot make sufficient usage of it like champs that are broken with it.

Stop being stubborn and admit your mistakes Riot, at least Blizzard does. You seem incapable of believing that you can do ANYTHING wrong.

Unpopular opinion: I loved DynamicQ and miss it. O_O My problem now is that I get matched against SoloQ golds/plats in Flex and I'm legit silver in both queues so it's often a smash. I just want one rank across both queues bc matchmaking in Flex is a nightmare. DynamicQ solved that for me.

True damage isn't the problem. The god fucking damned armor pen it is is not the problem.

The problem is that it's way too much extra AD and is not properly gated.

Conqueror isn't even a laning rune. You're literally complaining about it in the context in which it is weakest. Virtually any other damage rune, from Arey, to Grasp to Comet does more damage in lane.

I mean, just use your head. 20% true damage conversion only matter if you have a lot of armor. In the early game players have the lowest armor relative to any other stage of the game. Hence, Conqueror is weakest in the early game. If you're dying a lot to Conqueror darius or something, consider that it might be because he's a DARIUS, not because he's running Conqueror.
