Increased healing passives do not need to be nerfed.

In the PBE they're changing it so that Ardent Censer and Crucible enhanced healing doesn't stack. The thing is, Crucible gives 0 AP, and Censer only gives 60 AP. Stacking these items means you will almost always have weaker heals than if you just grabbed an AP item.

All the change does is makes Crucible even less appealing. There are games where you want the extra mana regen or the heal + cleanse, but you have to justify wasting the extra healing. All Riot has done is increase the cost of an already unpopular item to give it extra healing, and then deny it the extra healing.

Go into any game and try to heal more with Crucible than an AP item like Seraph's Staff or Mejai's. It won't happen. People will just grab Athene's, Seraph's Staff, Zeke's, Deathcap, etc. This nerf only makes Crucible even more obscure and unappealing, it won't reduce the healing at all.

If there is an issue with the strength of these items, that's one thing, but stacking the 2 items is never, ever going to be an issue so to nerf that and force people away from crucible is stupid.

The effects have been changed to unnamed unique passives in the current update which means that the effect can't be stacked by getting one item multiple times (e.g. 4 Ardent Censers for 60% heal/shield power; this is how it works on live right now), but it will stack for getting the effect on different items (e.g. 1 Ardent Censer and 1 Mikael's Crucible for 30% heal/shield power). If the passive had a name then the effect wouldn't stack at all.

Just like Tornado says. If they shared a name they wouldn't stack (just like Haunting Guise and Liandry's don't stack). But they don't. It's a Unique passive so it only doesn't stack with other items that have the same name (so like you can't buy two Morellonomicons and get 40% CDR because the 20% is unique).
