People complain about a strict and stagnant meta, but they are doing an awesome job bringing life back to some old picks. I'm even seeing LCS matches where there're Nocturne's and no tanks on the team!

Probably because she's like 98% pick ban and she's a bit overtuned compared to any other jungler except maybe the fat man.
