I see this a lot and it still irks me. People locking jungle and ending up 0-0-0 by 25 minutes no matter if we are ahead or not. Jungle is a position i see picked to get players out of having to trade in lane, or face an actual player, and many times the player just avoids the game entirely until its well lost.
TLDR: if you are locking jungle to hide, queue Co-Op Vs AI.

Honestly i've never been flamed as a support I put down my wards when available and constantly buy C-wards even willing to die to save my adc : p
