Am I the only who STILL gets fps drops when playing versus mordekaiser?

This has been going on for months and it is fucking infuriating when it happens.

How the fuck is it possible that I'm in the middle of a flashy teamfight with every ult going off and never drop a frame below 60 but when I go near morde my fps dips to 20? I don't even have to be near him, as long as my camera has him in it I will get frame drops. Why the fuck does this still happen?

I remember Mordekaiser affecting me like that.. probably not as extreme tho...

I literally haven't seen a Mordekaiser in months though

I don't know but I get it too. Not as bad, down to 45 from 60, but still annoying because it doesn't stay stable.
