dont really know why they put something up on the pbe prematurely tbh, if theyre not actually doing anything now.
while i take any buff for him right now, and the armor pen would be nice, i honestly dont think this is going to help him much in the long run. it would help him to fight tanks, but he doesnt just have a problem fighting tanks. he has problems winning any form of extended trades against champions with any source of sustain available to them.
