The issue with the vision plants, and the jungle

i would first like to prefix this with i LOVE blast cones. and i dont "dislike" honeyfruit.. although now that scuttle is contested its pretty damn unsafe to go into river when you're low

but the vision plant.. is HORRIBLE

when you hit the vision plant it has the potential to grant you vision of something u cant see, whether it be a ward, the enemy jungler or, if camps are missing.

but that's all it does.. it grants you POTENTIAL information.

what it ALWAYS does.. it give a massive shout out that says : "I'M RIGHT HERE" to the ENTIRE enemy team.

this allows any jungler who is ahead of you to either invade you. come kill you... know where your going to gank.. and is GUARANTEED to give them a LOT of USEABLE information.

where is it only has to POTENTIAL to give the USER usable information.

this.. plus the entire scuttle change fiasco. and the removal of jungle catch up exp.. means.

if your behind in the jungler.. your STAYING behind.. and your likely not EVER going to be in the game.. unless u specially happen to out-scale your opposing jungler with a lategame champion like

it also mean w/e jungler is ahead.. has full access to BOTH junglers.. and can effectively take any camp they damn well please. because the other jungler cant stop them. and unless your in voice chat with a teammate.. your not getting help.
