Tristana buffs to her ultimate already on PBE before patch is even out?

Buster Shot (R) cooldown lowered from 120/110/100 to 100 at all ranks. This is PBE While on the patch that is being released today COOLDOWN 100/85/70 seconds ⇒ 120/110/100 seconds Her range is being reduced by 25(omg) and her Q is being reworked to have more attackspeed earlier but for half the duration. My problem with Tristana is her Rocket Jump and her Bustershot. Two forms of self-peel with one of them having multiple reset mechanics is lame. Please reconsider buffing her ultimate on PBE and just see how she does on this patch?
