can we have more interchangeable items like both hydras for 0 ?

situation difere ,so adapt ,need armor pen vs healing team? mortal reminder need general boost vs tanks? lord dominik

more items should be able to be changed if they do simillar purpose /path

These you should always know from the start which one you need. Essentially, if there's an enemy regen tank or someone with heavy sustain, get reminder, otherwise get regards. It's situational, but the situation doesn't change as the game goes on.
