ADC's need an active thats as useful as gunblade in offensive
I was thinking it could be sort of like rapid fire cannon, but sort of themed like an artillery mortar. Like Kog Ult I guess or like old urgot and maybe a little like a more immobile version of jinx rockets.
Speaking of jinx rockets. I wish they would double down on the increased dmg and decreased rate of fire on jinx rockets. LIke if you gave her rocket launcher a MS penalty. Further increased range. And a knock back + slow sliding effect on jinx herself. She shouldnt be able to kite with rockets. Thats what makes her oppressive. If the fight is a chaser, she needs to be in minigun the whole time. MInigun needs to be a regular auto attack at short range and a reduced dmg aoe you can barely even notice at ranges beyond that. Yes it sounds op, but its balance-able. If her rockets have the kockback and slow, then shes going to be one of the only good AD's in certain kinds of sieges where you really have a hard time getting in range of the tower, but shes not going to be able to stay under tower cause she will get knocked out of range. Her range should be about 50 units greater than tower range and she should get knocked back about 150 units every time she autos (which shouldnt be much because her rate of fire will be garbage with the rockets). Getting excited can have effects on these numbers.
Anyway, back to the active item idea. It would be really nice to have something to help you cs in certain cases where you have to stay grouped but cant CS when grouped. I think static helps with this and maybe I should have learned to build it in these cases, but regardless lets listen to my idea. Wait this idea is stupid. I should just build static shiv more. How about that jinx idea tho?
P.S. You know how lucian can cancel his double tap animation with a move command, but he will still fire that second shot? What if jinx minigun sort of sprayed bullets in an arc when you orbwalk like that? So like as she attacks and then turns away, theres this wind down effect of the minigun that does some aoe dmg or something. So I guess if she kites down the minigun sprays some extra bullets downwards, if she kites up they spray upwards, and so on. She would do more dmg to people running straight at her face if she runs directly away. And when she gets excited to chase someone down, she can really just continuously be dealing dmg.
P.P.S Make her more like jhin and rumble as well. Her rockets should maybe have some ammo system and her minigun should thematically have a heat mechanic. It used to have a really nice three hit wind up mechanic, but you didnt like that on her cause she was taking towers too fast or something. Should give that power back to her and replace the nerf with a heat up mechanic which means she cant take towers at lvl 5 during a slow or ill timed back by the enemy. Just make her complicated as fuck we love this champion and everyone knows how she works so it should be ok.
So like make the minigun a little like spray and pray and make the rockets a little like graves ulti. I mean, you know that would make jinx cool as fuck just do it.
