Like ffs, she is so underplayed, and she does like 0 damage, and I know she DOES damage, but right now she is trash compared to other adcs.

Sivir is "God-Tier" adc. Probably the most balanced ADC in the game that can be played in any comp.

Of the ADCs the ones that needs some buffs are probably jinx or tristana.

Jinx and Tristana are fine. They are just not in the meta right now. Utility carries like Ashe sivir and Jhin are meta.

Sivir is not underplayed in the pro scene, she is the most played ADC along with jhin,ezreal, and Lucian. Sivir's ultimate is a game changer in team fights and paired with karma mantra shield/speed buff is huge.

I agree that tristana is rather lacking compared to other adc's but i think thats more her ideal item build is just weaker in the current meta
