There's something bugged with exp gain

There has to be, it's never been this easy to gain a massive level differential. Even earlier this season I've never seen people 5 levels above everybody else if they got ahead in lane and now after one fight it's always 2-5 levels ahead. Wtf is happening.

It depends on when you shoved them out of lane.

If you bully them out of lane and push the lane to the tower and continue doing that, level difference happens.
