Right now AP top laners dominate the game....

The burst damage from AP its huge because you play 10 minutes and more of the game with 34 MR...

Riot wtf? why there is NO MR BUFFING ON THE BASE STATS? since when a Malphite or any tank have 33 MR?

Since when any melee champion in top lane that play against AP play with 33 MR?

Can we fix that? and for me this need to be hotfixed...all Melee champions need to get at least +9 or 10 MR and Range champions +5

I Know its preseason but this should have been seen before the patch...

Oh and btw i like how Rammus have 40 armor only...and he cant even jungle without losing half of his hp...because you know all rammus players were playing with +9 armor(They were all playing rammus with +20 armor and 15%AS and MR or CDR for sure nobody was playing rammus with 9 armor)

Anyway Base MR need to be buffed !!

No AP or MPen runes exist either anymore. It's actually just fine, but if you eat every spell, you're gonna have a bad time. Honestly, it's the first time mages have been super relevant in a long time, and I'm personally happy to see it.

Dunno why this is getting downvoted bit their is a similar issue with a lack of armour. Had a nauti in a previous game with only 35 armour while his lane opponent had 91 ad

You seem to forget APs also lost their entire MagicPen and Armor evening things out. Sure you have the staple ~8 Pen VS ~12 MR - but that should not change much since alot of Ap champions also deal a huge amount of normal DMG through AAs early game that gets reduced by the armor buffs.

There might still be some minor changes left but you have those on all lanes. JGLs with different AS, Mid Ap-VS-Ad that became... interesting, Supports with 20 additional armor...

The armor "buffs" is the normal +9 standar runes that everyone was using

And the AP didnt lose magic penetration they have ways to get magic penetration through runes and the magic penetration got buffed while MR didnt or base MR didnt

Plus AP get 3-4 new skills from runes to up their damage while every champion lost 12 MR from runes

So there IS NEED TO BE BASE MR BUFFS

BY that logic AP Champs need Armor Buffed as well - for exactly the same reasons. It's no use. It's preseason. Every lane experiences changes - we all need to adapt to a new meta slowly involving - only time will tell where adjustments need to be made. Hotfixing ANYTHING right now would be absolute BS.

BTW in which tree you find a rune that grants Magic-Pen??? xD I'd use it!
