That's not really crit rengar (With the exception of 25% crit from RFC)... That's just energized Rengar. Stormrazor doesn't guarantee crits anymore.

Its old rengar all over again! item 3147 item 3142 item 1001 item 3031 item 3087 ... now with item 3095.

The only real question is whether or not this new storm razor stacks or if higher sources of damage overwrite it.

Edit; God damn looking at the patch notes im aghast. Marksmen items ARE BACK TO 2600g. For frags sake... Total reversion, guess were going back to late game at two items.
