This champion is just straight bull shit. Regardless of how mechanical your champion is, Garen will run straight through you. Also, if you're doing well BOOM TRUE DAMAGE. Quality shit right here

My post was a innuendo to the patch 8.19.

Garen was a problem before 8.19, but 8.19 brought only stupid nerfs to proplay-played champs and buffs to already strong champions that didn't need it like Khazix, Pyke and Thresh. There was nothing which could solve the Garen dominance in soloQ hence, Garen is still going to be problem even after 8.19.

I just hate his 2 passives, one rewarding him for losing, the other one rewarding him for standing still and doing nothing. Uninteractive passives that don't require anything to be done by the player himself
