Who'd rather skip one or two new champ releases to focus only on patches?

We all know season 6 needs some love to prolly everything. I think I could wait for the next new champ just to fix whatever balancing probs we have now.

Yeah, I wanna take people who focus on one thing and throw them into a totally different setting with no training. That sounds fantastic.

The teams that balance the current game and the one(s) that create new champions are seperate. So, no.

Logically this would make sense but won't be changing any time soon so you bite the bullet or quit the game. Many have done the latter these past 2 Seasons.

Also you show too many options for your 1 question. If you want this to be taken seriously you should really improve on that.

Riot needs to close down new champ development until they have fixed all the current champs.

DIFFERENT

F - - -ING

DEV TEAMS!!!

Get that through your heads people! The guys balancing the game, the people updating old champions, and the people making new champions are all different decisions that do their work at the same time as the others

I get that they're different Dev teams but that just makes it all the more chaotic.

You have different teams trying to do a multitude of things at the same time.

The balance team is trying to balance while the New Champ team is coming up with the weirdest champ kits ever that throw the balancing team for a loop and then the champ remodeling team is throwin in a kicker or two here and there to screw with the balancing team too.

I think the champ development team and the champ revamp team could learn a lot about making their changes semi balanced if they stopped revamping and new champs and at least helped the balancing team with the enormous amount of champs available. That way all new champs and revamped champs would come from departments who understood balance more.

Unfortunately, champion "balancing" isn't as simple and easy to do as you'd expect. It takes TIME because riot has to base their changes on statistics. If a champion is being heavily picked and has a high win rate, they need to come up with a solution and even then, they can't gauge if that solution is enough to fix the champ so that means waiting for more statistics from that champion once these changes release in order to decide if it needs more tweaking.

ALSO, there are many champions out there that we don't know are OP yet. Its due to the meta and popularity of certain champions that we can kind of guage whether they're broken or not. We have no idea what the potential is for some of these underplayed champions. Also, theres the issue of certain items/builds having a huge impact on a champion's success. We don't know what they are until some player tries it and makes it public.

Sorry but I doubt riot is capable of fixing all the problems in the game within a few patches. It takes time and I'd rather have them working on something else other than sitting around, twiddling their thumbs and waiting for the statistics to roll in.

I personally think riot should focus on improving their client and server stability; stuff that we know needs immediate improvement and can easily be fixed.
