strong or not he is still pretty boring to me due to the fact that he became AP nasus since his q became a skillshot but that's just my opinion.

I don't think you know what the term overloaded means. His kit functions exactly how it did when the rework first came out, it's just stronger. I know calling a kit overloaded is a popular buzzword over here but overloaded ≠ overpowered. They often go together but a kit can very easily be overloaded and underpowered (Elise before her buffs) or underloaded and still overpowered because of raw numbers (Garen in 5.16).

actually his Q is being heavily overloaded in terms of what it gives and does for his kit/playstyle.

overloaded kits are basically kits that do a billion different things all shoehorned in to the limit of four abilities. veigar's kit is literally "this skill does this, and this other skill does this other thing".

his stun was always meant to be like that.
the only logical reason that im aware of is that people dislike how much free AP he's getting because the rework and the recent buffs his stun has gotten tremendously weaker.
