I feel like mpen on Morellos are forcing glass canon mages to build unwanted health

It just feels like mages are picking up wanted stats just to get the mpen. Champs like are building health in lane as a by-product of getting early mpen from because there only other options are . This makes them kinda tanky early because health as a stat is most effective in lane early game.

I just feel like overall, Mpen needs to be revised and there should be some more options glass canon mages vs AP bruisers. It should not be one build path for all mages wishing to get mpen.
