I looked over the champion list, and realized something pretty sad

Since this preseason has started i've seen pretty much every champ, there are a number of champs currently abusing the fuk out of the new rune system. Other than that though everyone is seeing play, except ONE champ which I realized I have never seen played ONCE since this preseason started.

I'm sure some people out there have tried to play her but I have yet to see her picked or banned. I hope she's on your Radar, Riot. I legit forgot she existed until I started looking over champions

shes not good at 1v1 early, has low range, and she aint a stealth earlygame hypercarry assassin such as Vayne Twitch

shes good with an average team and turns into a beast with the right support/comp at 3 items. but theres just too much shit that has to occur to make her shine...

Sivir is pretty nice with Footwork and Celerity because they both give move speed and so you become really fast and get a nice bit of damage for the move speed you get. I also don't get Triumph on her, I take Peace of Mind or whatever for the mana, because you push really hard and with it you can level up faster due to the superior wave clear. When you level up go for a trade of auto W auto Q since W and Q are resets that can animation cancel.

Also I take Celerity and Gathering Storm because Q has an over 100% AD scaling so the little AD it gives you is more than it gives on Q. That way if games end you don't need to worry but if they don't you can kind of compete with hyper carries for the infinte damage bonus as the game goes on.
