What is riot waiting for to nerf zac?

And by nerf i dont mean 30 base damage nerfs, i mean actual nerfs.

For starters, his E knockup time needs to go back to .5s at every rank/charge level, and his Q should get pretty much all its damage removed, if he can displace you 2 times while knocking you up multiple times he should absolutely do 0 dmg (not even mentioning you cant even counter his cc with tenacity or qss), him ganking from fog of war, missing his E then just pressing Q on you to get a free kill is not healthy either.

Just take him off the top tier already, would be nice to get 2 bans back.

I'd ask the same thing for Yasuo rework because I want to play my main without him being banned like every game and the stigma of "yasuo players are toxic" and people trying to use me as an example to confirm it because of some frustration I might go through with people not taking advice without getting offended.

Maybe they're waiting for him to be in the top 10 Winrates in the jungle, or maybe they're waiting to see what would happen if he gets picked once in a while.

Don't get me wrong, he needs nerfs. But the extremes you're suggesting look like they'll kill his jungling entirely.

imo this is the main reason he feels so frustrating to play against. when old zac missed his e, there wasnt really anything he could do. new zac has too many tools to make a gank work. this combined with him being useful even when behind leads to him being hard to shut down, but also hard to ignore in fights.

i dont like the idea of the knockup duration for charged e being reduced because thats the one thing in his kit that should feel rewarding to hit after charging. they should target his q and make it less reliable. for example they could allow the knockback on champions only if the target you hit with your q first was a champion. this way he actually has to hit his q in a gank and cant just q a minion and autoattack the laner to pull him back. and i feel like the q has too much range, could be another thing to work on.

but if you ask me, the rework was completely garbage to begin with and they should just revert it. easiest and best solution.

The knock up duration is what made him able to hit his ult. They already reduced the q range too. Adding a actual use for his q was a good idea, before it was literally useless. If you look at it he can still miss all his skill his q,e, and r I cant say it is hard to miss them but he can miss them you can flash all three and you can actually dodge his e pretty ez, i've done it and many have done it.

Look at thresh for example he can completely negate Zac's e with his e, their are mechanics in the game that can stop Zac in his tracks, why not utilize them instead of complaining. Also if he is banned so often why not just ban him? I honestly dont get why ppl complain about a champion being op when all you have to do is ban them, is it because you want to move on to the next champion to ban and complain about? In this current patch their is literally no one more valuable to ban so why not just ban him yo dont even have to play against him unless its norms but who cares about norms?

You know the crazy part? He didn't even need a rework he was fine just the way he was. Now if he gets nerfs Riot will probably put him in the same spot Sejuani was a few years ago. I really don't get riot's development team sometimes. None of the tanks selected needed reworks just number adjustments. It feels to me like Riot does not always focus the champions that are outdated and really need reworks like Singed, Nunu, Mundo etc.
