I just played an old dear main of mine and I look her up to see she has a HIGH pick rate but 38/42 win rate? Also idk her damage feels so bad right now. Idk what happened to the terror of all burst mages but it isn't really cool with me

it isn't that they actually nerfed her damage it's item 3194 eating half of her ult

Dont think she'd be ulting too many ppl with that item, or anything of that nature.
