Suggested nerfs to TP and Buffs to ignite.
Teleport: Can now be interrupted by any damage, like recall.
Ignite: stops ALL healing for the duration of ignite. (Atleast late game)
Admit it, Teleport is damn critical to the game now, it's down right broken as flash has become. You need at least one or two champions on your team with teleport in high level play, the game is no longer about outplaying your opponents kit, but who can rotate the best.
And admit it, ignite isn't as important as it used to be, it used to be a power play summoner spell for winning an all in and snowballing your lane. Anyone with half a brain cell top lane can outplay ignite top lane. Ignite isn't even as useful mid lane anymore, it's become babies first kill. Yeah, you can flash ignite to kill someone and feel like you've won lane, but you haven't, you wasted flash, and you don't have teleport for crucial objective control. Ignite does NOTHING late game. It sits their in your spell inventory, feeling useless. It does true damage you say? So does a lot of abilities these days, and you sure as hell won't be using it on a tank. Use it on a hyper adc late game? Yeah good luck, they're still going to have opportunities to heal even when its up.
Give ignite a late game identity. My suggestion may seem strong, but I assure you it does not do anymore flat damage than it already does, being able to flat out cancel a heal burst on a single target has strategic depth that this game needs.
I imagine Riot's been attempting to stop what was once a lane based snowballing game into a teamwork oriented game with those teleport changes late last year. The game is STILL a snowball game. Whoever gets early objectives, who ever gets early map coverage, RULES the game to the very end. It's very rare to get comebacks now a days. This is something that Riot should consider for the next season.
