Large number of rage quiters recently

I used to only see Rage Quiters maybe once a month; lately, I have been getting them ON MY TEAM about 2--4 times a week. Did they just get released from the Tribunal Jail?

lack of commitment to the rules, leniency of punishment, and the apathy of authority creates a negative environment where those sorts of behaviors are allowed to flourish....

I haven't run into many recently. The only rage-quitter's I've seen recently were:

A Twitch on my team who got pissed that I was 1v2'ing the enemy bot lane and killing them. Apparently he wanted the kills even when he was in no position to get them and the assists/free-farm weren't enough.
A Sivir on the enemy team who left the game after we (Varus, Leona) killed her and her support 3 times, including one time immediately after she returned to lane after dying.

Your not one of those "NEVER SURRENDER EVER!!!!!" people are you?

It's not really a rage quit if your holding them hostage in an impossible game.

The funny thing is, you need two people to commit to saying "don't surrender", not just one. I don't hold people hostage, and people should be willing to commit if they are going to get into a game. None of this "win in 30 minutes or I'm leaving" nonsense.

No, no. I'm referring to when you're out farmed, over ganked, pushed in, 3 lvls behind your weakest enemy, can't leave your base w/o dying, and two people STILL wont surrender. This happens to me every now and then and it's incredibly annoying!

Sometimes you just don't want to spend another 10 - 20 minuets banging your face into the wall over, and over again.
