I've been wanting one since S3 and we finally got one. Additionally, he seems to be a Skirmisher that looks like it isn't utterly BS for a change and is more a of a Team player as opposed to a 1-man army.
I approve so far.

Flaherty2 votesI see his early game as being a huge hindrance in the bot lane. Yes his Q has some utility, but puts himself at a lot of risk and will most likely be chunked down enough for his mount to run away which prevents him from using his ult. He has no ranged poke, unless he's been damaged and probably won't be very effective as a tank given the "all in" nature of his kit. Best case scenario he will Q, walk in, not take enough damage to be dismounted, and be able to use his ult, but will still be taking a lot of damage after it's all over. He has no way to whittle the enemy down from a safe distance and he has no shields to prevent damage taken while he goes in other than his ult. The most effective way to play him as support would be to ult in for that shield and movement speed boost, but before level 6 and while his ult is down he's most likely going to be dead weight in the bot lane.

I wanted a manly support Noxian drill sergeant! Hell, I'm still super unclear on if he's a Noxian or not. It's worded like he's a Noxian, yet in his teaser he's killing a bunch of Noxians (As most champions seem to do in the LOL universe)

Noxians thrive on a very Darwinist social system so them being Noxian soldiers or not doesn't really matter. If anything, it'd be fitting as a display of him asserting his dominance and letting people know who's top dog.

We don't know base stats, ofc, but his clear looks atrocious, %hp is always capped against jungle camps, and he can't gank at all if he's not mounted which makes it very unreliable in higher elos. It'll be exactly like Gnar, where people thought he could jungle, and then learned that he absolutely failed at it.

I doubt it but f they tweak him a bit he will be a pretty decent jungler. Right now the only thing stopping him is the fact that he can't get Courage from Jungle camps.
