Archangel's isn't too strong, Luden's and GLP-800 are just too weak.
Nerfing Archangel's so hard, to the point where it will only give 76 AP when fully stacked, isn't the right approach to mages' build options.
- The amount of AP provided by these items is already low enough, considering all the nerfs to AP amounts throughout the last three seasons.
- They just don't provide enough mana sustain for high mana cost mages like
. Without Archangel's, they'll go oom just for waveclearing three or four minions waves. - There is simply no reason for a ranged mage to build GLP-800, as it is outclassed by Luden's.
- Manaflow band is far from enough, and forcing them to pick a rune just to avoid going oom everytime doesn't seem like a fair deal.
Why can't mages be allowed to have very strong and relevant items just like AD casters/ADC?
