And now they'vre removed the scaling base damage. The base damage is now a flat 300 at all levels, plus 12% of bonus HP. So now it only takes 1458 bonus health to break even at level 11 and 2916 bonus health to break even at level 16. Oh yeah AP scaling is also gone so, if you want to break even with any build that has AP in it you need another 5.83 bonus health for every point of AP you used to get.
