My question is, does that ranking hold true across the board? I.e. is the ranking different if we only look at the first 20 minutes of the game? I personally would rather front load my gold.

Fondling Gems1 votesYes so long as you are proccing them efficiently. Based on how they work there are only 2 "gold income" spikes across the items. On first wave you already have two stacks so you get an early boost over the other two items. gets a technical boost once cannon minions start spawning because there are slightly more minions coming through.
Both of these changes are small enough to not matter which means the income on all the items is basically the same all game so long as you are using them efficiently. Generally you don't want something like on something like Leona because you wont be proccing it that often and you want the tank stats of over the AP.
