Remember Evelynn? Yea it's the same thing happening all over. I don't play Veigar but I do play Eve and those changes are the exact same thing that happened to Eve.

"Well we promised them changes but we didn't know what to do. So let's nerf the kit to allow counter play and hit the numbers so it's semi decent but nothing strong", Riot.

You see what happens when you beg for changes right away? Should have just been patient IMO.

Fizz and Gragas were completely changed and have become bruiser instead of mages. I have all their skins and now never play them because their identities have changed. Riot is going to do whatever they want regardless.
