im still confused why AP champs can have snowball item but AD cant..
@ mejai, 25 stacks ,so much ap and bonuses if snowballing and sword of occult removed ,for what reason?

This thing actually sounds pretty insane. I would make this with majais and GA 100%. Maybe its good that is was removed

sotc was taken only on assassins that were too fed to die; it was basically a BM item to snowball even harder
also we really don't need sotc with the absolutely absurd fucking AD steroids that champs get nowadays. 
already get stupidly high AD values; we don't need to give them more.
Talisid1 votesMostly it was because nobody was buying it. AD champions don't scale as well by just buying raw AD, at least at that time they didn't.
IMO Mejai's should be removed too.
