Make his W scale like it did back in the day. But with the newer numbers, make it 20%-22.5%-25%-27.5%-30%.
I think it's insane he gets the full 30% heal level 1 when back in the day it was 10-15-20-25-30. Make him choose between maxing his E for max nuke damage or W for sustain and sustained damage.
Alzon2 votesVery nice. The thing about Hecarim (if he doesn’t build for oneshots) is his sheer sustain mid-fight, combining Conqueror with his W. This nerf would not touch instagib Hecarim, but it would help reign in the increasingly-popular top lane bruiser build.
