Why does Rengar even have true sight?

Did Riot think that this champion needed a 100% fool proof assassin that even invisibility, one of the best ways to get away from an assassin, is null and void while Rengar can remained stealth all he wants, have increased attack range, have full out fury when he pops out, and able to use his ability in mid-air, while also having increased movement speed in case the target does get away and needs a chasing.

There's way too much on Rengar's kit for a "balanced" assassin. He's completely fool proof and it's disgusting. Start off by eliminating this "True Sight" ability so that there are squishy champions out there that can get away from this overloaded assassin.
