@Riot How is it fair that I get placed into "Low Priority Queue" When your client crashes?

I don't find this fair at all. I've had multiple games in the past couple of weeks where the client will crash before he champ loading screen. The only way to fix it is to do a full reboot of the computer, log into league and wait for you to load into the game. I know that leaverbuster takes into account an afk for 5 minutes, but to be honest it takes me about 7-10 minutes to reboot my computer and log into the game. Why should I be punished for something that is outside of my control? How come games start when there is a disconnected player that hasn't loaded yet? Why is it that players are still punished for something that is the fault of the Client? I want answers and I will summon @Lyte.
