I like the Darius and Mord changes. The Garen one is okay, but the Skarner change is just bizzare.

I like garens changes it makes him the shut down king in team fights, oh you killed my teammate well this true damage is going to hurt.

But they nerfed everything else about his kit. Q silence reduced, W lost defense steroid and tensity for a ball of defense stat with a massive nerf to his E. For a buff to is R which will just encourage people to run to the carry and get deleted because with 1% true damage to low HP target is really strange when you damage and defense get gutted. His laning will be suffer so he "might" do more damage to someone after they kill some is total garage.

Actually, it's a huge nerf.

Right now at max rank, Judgement deals 60 damage per tick and ticks 6 times over the duration. This is a total base of 360 damage.

The current change reduces the damage to 28 at max rank, and at level 16 ticks 10 times, for a total of 280 base damage.

They removed the crit stat from the ability, meaning that even though the AD will deal more from the greater number of ticks (5.5 total AD up from 3.3 total AD), previously strong items like IE and Yomuu's are now pretty much useless.

In addition, the 20% slow while moving towards targets currently being damaged is nonsensical and makes the ability feel bad to use, and good look synergizing with Ravenous Hydra's active now.

Honestly Garen isn't even like the Police or anything.

Why not do that with Vi? She has a lot of single-target damage, and she actually uses autos.

honestly, i cant stand the garen changes. it makes him overly complex, gives him a noob trap (getting players to just chase the "villain"), and overall just makes me dislike him. im not saying it's bad as far as power goes, but that certainly doesnt make it a good change.

it's not quite fluffy enough, especially for Mega Altaria. could be Dragonite, or actually Garchomp. Garchomp fits pretty well. speaking of dragonite though, what if they gave it a mega evolution? what would the mega stone be called? O.o

darius one seems a bit op they should put a hand full of stacks and stack 3 hemmorage on each hit because i play darius im 1 win off lvl 5 mastery (4/93%) with him and i dont want him to be my first champion mastery so i halted and started 2 champion from lvl 0 to take him over close with 4/ 75% jax and lvl 3 /50% with yorick. even i think thats a bit op
