Can we get an AS buff for Taric so he can jungle easier?

Taric jungle is pretty decent in the Tank meta but he needs just a little push to really make it truly viable. An increase to his base AS, akin to a similar Tank Jungler, would really help him out.

Along with Alistar and Leona jungle, Taric shouldn't be a jungler due to his guaranteed stun.
