Because it's fun to watch lee sin players. His buff was pretty minor from an early game standpoint. It provides no real bonus damage for kicking a tank into the team early game. mid-> late game it does. Lee tends to fall off way too hard if he doesn't get snowballing as well. Lee's pick rate was also really low.
Nidalee sees pro play, and her jungle win rate is not that low. That looks like her mid win rate to me. Urgot will never get buffed until he gets a rework. Kassadin just got a buff. Ryze, in his current form, can't ever be truly balanced because their rework was a total failure. Kha, Mundo, and Tahm definitely need a little love. And we all know Lee Sin is a Riot favorite, so might as well just accept it.
Actually all of those champions have seen professional play.
