@Meddler Are there anymore changes coming for the Neurotoxin rework for Elise?

I know the cd was changed back to 6 in the 2nd pbe update. So are there other plans for it? Perhaps, increasing the range and decrease the mana cost since it isn't as powerful as her current Neurotoxin?
