Miss fortune isn't all that bad

She has clear strengths in bullying but the only thing that really messes her up is that she has a ultimate that CCs her while she is already an immobile ADC.

honestly you could easily make her a top tier ADC by giving her a different ultimate or maybe allow her to use her ultimate while being able to walk but her walking speed gets drastically reduced?

MF is FANTASTICALLY AMAZING recently figured out how to build her and now I'm carrying every game. 59% win rate (over 51 games) and climbing (was 55% like a week ago) her ult is good as is imo. Just make E come out faster and she'll be OP

I think MF is different from regular adc's because what she lacks in a straight up fight, she excels in team fights with her AOE abilities and double-hit q.

Also MF is pretty damn fun as an AP caster.

If Miss Fortune was buffed to make her less immobile, she would be more overpowered than Kalista.

Miss Fortune has insane damage that lets her excel in teamfights and make her very difficult to duel. She falls off late game, but if she gets fed she can force the game to end early.

However imagine this:

Miss Fortune's ult could be used while moving, her passive wouldn't cut off, and her Q and E didn't have cast times. She would be extremely overpowered and gutted.

I agree that with one buff to her mobility she would easily become top tier.

MF can be a menace in the right conditions. It's usually when people ignore her, and she can position herself correctly.

When team fights start happening she can easily surprise the enemy team by snagging a triple kill or quadra kill. It's just a little more dependent on how you position her compared to other champs, and if her support is synced up with her. I hate playing with her when she has an all-in play style with Blitzcrank.
