If youve been autofilled for 14,999 games straight, Shouldnt you be gaining skill at that position?
Just saying..
Just saying..
I don't think autofill has been out long enough to reach that number. Maybe even with bingeing to unhuman standards.
Some people may even have more games than that due to previous seasons.
It just doesn't work that way.
Not if I feel miserable playing support every time.
Here are the questions you have to ask before asking the original question in the topic of your OP:
When I look at autofill, i dont look at it from the perspective of "God I hate support and I'm bad at it" because I don't mind it and at the very least I can manage to drop wards without feeding. I look at support from the perspective of "is it doing what it was intended to do for everyone?" I can say at low elo, match making feels like its taking longer because i get so many dodges before a game starts. The other question to ask is "Is autofill creating inherent imbalances in gameplay and ranking?" Items 1-4 above I think provide a strong argument that it is in fact creating imbalances. And I would argue that many of these are things that can never be accurately or consistently accounted for.
Basically, the fun vs efficiency trade off here can be illustrated by two guys who want to play a sweet board game they both love. But one guy turns around and says, "Eh fuck it, setting up the pieces will take too long. Lets just thumb wrestle instead."
I thought if you had an autofill you don't get it after that game, then back on after that other game seems like every other game
depends if you play only one champ on said role. i can pick up any champ and master it in like 10games tbh but i dont want to. ALtho basic lane mechanics should be learned over the course of time. still cant play fkn midlane personally i just cant deal with champs like orianna or victor whom just get rolled over early then after 1st buy they suddently chunk me to 2/4 of hp with a combo.
