Hey riot watch out, you might be overbuffing adcs there, might wanna tone that down to .5% or mages might actually not get a free win bot lane anymore!!!!

For real though, stop it riot, show us the REAL adc buffs, mages have completely taken over high elo bot lane and its only a matter of time for duo mage bot lane to spread down to low elo.

at the very least since you're damage output is directly linked to your AS, at least (although extremely slight) its a bit of a buff.
