Warwick rework suggestion

Warwick has been a candidate for a rework for quite a while now. With the preseason changes being released he jumped from being an underpowered/played champion to one-above-all tier due to his synergy with the new smite upgrades.

I tried to create an upgrade which stays true to his strength (being a sticky duelist and good jungler with solid lifesteal) but isn't just as easy to play. He receives additional utility, but has his sustain lowered.

Eternal Thirst: Hitting a champion with less health heals Warwick for 1 / 2 / 3% of the target's maximum health and increases his attack damage by 5 / 8 / 10. The bonus attack damage can be stacked up to 3 times. Healing does not stack. This effect always applies against monsters.

Q: Hungering Bite Cooldown: 11 / 10 / 9 / 8 / 7 Warwicks leaps forward (300 units) and bites the first target he collides with dealing either 4 / 6 / 8 / 10 / 12 % current health, or a set minimum damage to champions and twice the amount to monsters (maximum: 300). Minimum damage: 50 / 75 / 125 / 175 / 225

W: Hunters Call Cooldown: 14 / 13 / 12 / 11 / 10 Warwick fears all units around him ( 200 radius) for 0.5 / 0.75 / 1 / 1.25 / 1.5s and gains 40 / 45 / 50 / 55/ 60 % increased attackspeed. His movement speed towards feared enemies gets severely increased ( by 150). Killing a champion or large monster reduces the cooldown by 2 seconds.

E: Blood Scent Cooldown: 18s Passive: Warwick's attacks apply a 3 second bleeding to a target. Bleeding targets receive 3 / 6 / 9 / 12 / 15 +0.25 Bonus AD damage per second. This bonus is halved against champions. Active: Warwick gains 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 40 % increased movement speed towards bleeding targets for 4 seconds.

R: Infinite Duress Cooldown: 80 / 70 / 60 Warwick's next attack slows his enemy by 70 / 75 / 80 % for 3 seconds. Attacks against this target deal additional 40 / 50 / 60 damage and tripple all Lifesteal effects including his passive. All damage dealt by his target is reduced by 20 / 25 / 30% for the duration. Killing an enemy champion halves this abilities cooldown.

Mana costs and base stats are up for discussion. Thoughts?

I think keeping the interruption/qsuppression on te ult is a main part of his kit. At least let the ult still interrupt channeled ults even if it doesn't immobilize the targeted champion. Otherwise I don't see many major issues.

I think there is a current rework under way?

Actually suppression is what breaks him at the moment since there's no counterplay (buying Qss is no counterplay)

I heard that they think about reworking him, but I haven't read any concept yet.
