Garen is tankier has cc reduction on his W have less dps but more burst. In lane he has as much sustain as her with more mobility and a silence.

cause he doesnt have a 10000 range gapcloser which resets, followed up with a 10sec stun, followed up with 1500 true dmg.

what garen buff? i hope they removed the self slow on his rank 5 spin. this is long overdue.

back when this mechanic was added to his e, the intention was to give his opponent more counterplay during the early lane phase and make it not as easy for him to kite other melee champs through minions. removing strength in the early game should amongst other things open up buffs for a stronger lategame for him.

but what it actually does, is cripple him throughout the entire game, in an area hes already lacking. even during the teamfight phase later on, its far too easy to get cockblocked by a random minion or jungle creep that youre just scratching with the spin.

i understand why this mechanic is there. but it has no place in his kit by mid/latgame and should be removed from his rank 5 spin at the least.
