Day/night cycles for Leona/Diana

Any thoughts on if these champs got a slight rework and somehow a day/night cycle were included to empower them? I feel like it could add some uptimes and downtimes to these champions' power. Could be cool, might not be. Thematically it would fit at least.

What I had in mind was like a 5 minute cycles in which: Hours 0000 -- 0400 Diana would get a big boost (50s) Hours 0400 -- 1200 Leona would get small increments of boost (100s) Hours 1200 --1600 Leona would get a big boost (50s) Hours 1600 - 0000 Diana would get small increments of boost (100s)

I figure you could highlight the big boost periods with extra glow and whatnot, maybe extra regeneration for Leona and movement speed for Diana. Perhaps empowered ults for each of them too. Nothing super drastic but enough that there is a small Gnar-effect created.
