Can't buy 
when I am a full 6 item build.
Can't duel the stealth champion if I sell my 6th item to buy .
Riot has admitted this is an issue. They still haven't done anything about it. We have had true-sight in all the other seasons (at least the ones I have played - I started in season 3). Whether it be buying an elixir (which is consumed upon purchase when inventory is full) or trinkets.

Red trinket is warning particles only (not true-sight). I also can't use it as Eve (it breaks MY stealth to cast it).

To be honnest the benefits that 
provides right now is compleetly overshined by his upgrade . You almost put yourself into a disadvantage for not upgrading it. Compaired to the differents between & that both provide their own unique benefits to the game. It's litterly a strategic decision for not upgrading it. I don't have this feeling for the red trinket line.
Active: Summons a drone at the target location for 3 seconds (1000 range). The drone warns against unseen enemies (including stealth, fog and brush) as well as revealing and disabling wards and invisible traps within a 1000 radius area. 90 - 60 (based on level) second cooldown. Also places a visible http://i.imgur.com/mnCqduK.png/resize=auto Truesight Ward at the target location that lasts indefinitely.
Limitations:
Limited to 1 Trinket.
Switching to a Trinket-type Trinket will disable Trinket use for 120 seconds.
Requirements:
Cannot be purchased until level 9.
