I am actually disgusted at the balance team right now

I find it particularly dirty how with the click of a nerf they suddenly make one champion completely unviable. Nidalee is 51/51. The worst jungler. It was a clear position of favoritism. Lee sin? Just as strong as she was in the jungle, i considered them almost equals prior to the changes. Now? Of course lee sin is the favorite bc of "mechanics!1!!!1111" Another example is kayle. Kayle has been the number 1 top laner, for i cant even remember how many patches. Its been at least 2, if not 3 or more. But oh, lissandra needs lower health base for balances. The amount of eye roll i have to the favoritism on the balance team is just uncanny.

Lee Sin is not nearly as strong as Nidalee was (Nidalee being the undisputed god-queen of the jungle when she was good, with Lee being merely one of a handful of top tier junglers).

Not to mention that Lee Sin is getting nerfs next patch. Base damage on ultimate is dropping by 100 at rank 1 and the scaling is dropping by 50 per rank, meaning that it's no longer a 600 base damage targeted nuke once he hits level 16, but a 400 base damage targeted knockback.

The balance team is pretty terrible, and incredibly bias. But what's worse is the people on these forums continue to defend riots balance team, even with how blatantly bias they are.

Thats the disgusting thing.

Kayle is not really a balance issue presently. She's hardly banned, rarely played, and often played into matchups and comps she can win.

Plus, taking only winrates as basis for balance arguments isn´t really the way to go. But the general impact of all three percentages, winrate, ban rate and play rate, are what generally determine balance decisions. Of course, every rule has its exception.
